Spike and his partner, Jet, patrol the galaxy looking for criminals. Nope, they aren't cops or nice
guys trying to make the galaxy a better place, they're just trying to make a living. The crew of the ship Bebop are
bounty hunters, or cowboys. Everytime they hear of a new criminal with a large bounty they fly off to find him (or her),
with hopes that his/her capture will boost their empty bank account.
Spike has a smaller ship that he uses to escape from stickier situations. The Swordfish II is flown
down near the surface of planets as well as in outer space.
Even though Spike does some pretty stupid stuff and makes us laugh, he always manages to keep a level head
and have an aura of coolness around him.
